Monica Ibacache is a Chilean-born permaculture designer and founder of Beyond Organic Design. She is dedicated to cultivating climate resilience and ecological literacy, inspiring students and communities to embrace permaculture, regenerative design, and whole-systems thinking.
Her mission? To prepare the next generation to inherit—and heal—the Earth. How? Through Eco-Designers, an interdisciplinary, project-based program that equips schools with the tools and resources to help students become self-sufficient, solution-oriented leaders of tomorrow.
